Refund and Exchange

Thank you for shopping at AJA. We truly appreciate your support and are committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

How to request a return or exchange

Returns and exchanges at AJA are fully self-service. You don’t need to message us — just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at www.aja-eg.com/account
  2. Open the order you want to return or exchange
  3. Click Request a return and select the items and a reason
  4. Submit the request — you’ll get an email confirmation

Once your request is approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the item from you.

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed, in their original condition
  • With all original packaging, tags, and labels intact

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued via InstaPay within 1–2 business days.

For exchanges, your new item will be shipped after the returned item is received and approved.

Fees

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • A 85 EGP handling fee applies to all refunds.

Order delivery policy

Partial deliveries are not allowed. If your order includes multiple items, the entire order must be received at the time of delivery. To return one or more items from a multi-item order, submit your return request through your account as above — we will arrange a courier to collect those items, and the return shipping fee will apply.
