Returns & Exchanges Policy

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Processing & Refunds

Once your request is approved, the delivery representative will come to collect the item.

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued via InstaPay within 1–2 business days.

For exchanges, your new item will be shipped after the returned item is received and approved.

Order Delivery Policy

Please note that partial deliveries are not allowed.

If your order includes multiple items, the entire order must be received at the time of delivery. If you wish to return or refund one or more items from the order, you will need to:

• Contact us via Instagram (@aja.eg) or email.

• Our team will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you.

Please note that the return shipping fee will apply for the collected item.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

• A 85 EGP handling fee applies to all refunds.
